I bought a new Joy yesterday and spent the afternoon trying to figure out how to cut "insert card" cardstock all the way thru. So frustrating ....I used up a bunch of cards trying to figure it out. I didn't want to cut thru my plastic card holder. I was getting close and gave up. I am going to try it again tomorrow. I wanted to use it for 2 things...make cards and cut out vinyl to put on mugs. I think they should give you more "samples" to sort this thing out. Not always obvious. I have a Silhouette Cameo...so much easier to do test cuts before ruining a full sheet. I am still going to try and figure out the Joy because of its size and convenience. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. :)

What temperature did you set the heat press at and how long ?

I have to he Air 2 I can cut my image twice which I do often. Can I cut my stuff twice or 3 time with my Joy. I just took my Joy Out of the box.
