@@RaesTurquoiseTurtle I really enjoyed your video and your tumblers look beautiful. I just got my press yesterday and watched about 10 videos trying to find the best way to press them before actually trying it. I never could find anyone using the silicon bands on the ends, but I decided to go ahead and give it a try. I try to use minimum tape and always use the bands in my oven with great success. So... I did and it worked great. I put 5 pieces of tape down the seam and one long piece along the seam. Then I always take a brayer and go down the seam. Then I add my bands to each end. I pressed it at 365 for 120 seconds and then rotated and did it again for that same time. You should give it a try and do a video on it. You will be the first, or at least that I could find.

do you use that same temp for tumblers that arent htvront?? because the ones i bought specify on the box what temp and for how long. so would i follow that or the temp ur using??

Yes they all seem to need a longer time than I am used to using regardless of the brand

I am so confused. I see people that don't even rotate their tumblers in this press not to men they do it for less time. I would figure they would burn being in there that long?

Yeah, everyone's experience with this press seems a little different. I think the no turning works on with cups that fit exactly in it. Mine have a gap if I don't turn. As much as I want to love this one my other press works better for me..

Those turned out cute Rae! I amgoing to order some Besin Tumblers, I was wondering if you could tell me what you use to create your images to fit tumblers and what size you print them? And if you don't mind the temperature and times you press them? Thank you in advance. Sorry for all the questions.

The Besins are awesome my next restock will be theirs! On my regular press from amazon I do 360 for 65 seconds rotate and 65 seconds. This press I still haven't figured out 100% I use apache open office to print from the industry standard print for a 20oz is 9.3 around by 8.2 tall (95% of the images I get from creative fabrica or etsy are set to that) I generally trim mine to be 8 inches high so I have the straight line at the bottom of the tumbler any time I go a little long around the curve I get ghosting.

If I am making my own images like the three here I design in canva pro (this is a paid service) save and print from open office. I have designed right onto open office before but it's a little more complex because it's not made for that process..

Thank you. I thought the whole purpose of this heat press was to not have to rotate. I have watched other videos from other crafters, who have not rotated it and they’ve turned out perfectly. I’m still on the fence about this heat press. Thank you so much for your video. I love your designs.
