我兩個孩子都自然產，媽媽產後恢復會比CS快，而且不會有一條疤在身上，記得在產台生產的時候，要用力的時候看著自己的肚子用力，很快就可以把baby生出來，不會用錯力氣！還有深呼吸可以減痛一點點，真的只有一點點，趕快生出來就解脫了！㊗️GG順產！期待看到gorgeous baby😍

新手爸爸要陪媽媽進產房可以站在媽媽旁邊或者後方幫忙加油打氣，不建議直接站在搖滾區，蠻多人會有陰影，帥爸爸美麗的媽媽生下來的小孩一定優生學的baby肯定女的很美男的很帥，孕婦保持天天開開心心就好了❤

老實講, 生過BB既媽媽都會知, 爸爸响產房係廢的 XD 因為果刻係痛到一個點, 媽媽係唔會有心情去理會個爸爸亦唔會好似啲戲裡咁, 爸爸既手俾媽媽咬住 XDDDDDD 爸爸係企响媽媽隔離加油, 而唔係望住下面去睇個B出世媽媽果刻打開腳, 亦有張被蓋住, 所以係唔會睇到個過程 that's why 陰影應該無乜但BB出世果刻, 一家三口都响一齊, 確實係好sweet
