Arle isnt even using her best set and her personal weapon def gives her atleast an extra 15-20% dmg increase. theyre close with this comparison but arle does seem to have a higher ceiling than Hutao does at similar investment. love both and have both

Her dmg increase from homa is around 5-10% . also hu tao N2CJ is slightly higher dps . also arle's dmg is low because of EM maybe make zhongli weak instructor in arle run to get a fair comparision .

No, hutao c0 has higher single target dmg than arlechinno, if you compare hutao plunge vs vv vape arlechinno hutao has 5k more dps roughly. Arlechinno powercrept hutao when it comes to practicality and gameplay advantages. I have both c1r1 and c1r1 arlechinno definitely is a menace but she's also just a way better solo unit because of her better uptime similar to neuvillete in that way

This is C1 Hu Tao vs C0 Arlecchino. Hu tao has way more EM and can vape every CA. Arlecchino does not vape every hit. Hu Tao has maxed Talents while Arlecchino does not. Hu Tao has a better crit ratio. And Hu Tao has her BiS artifacts and weapon while Arlecchino has her second best set and third/fourth best weapon. This is already in no way a fair comparison. And even so, Arlecchino is still only a few seconds behind. C1 Arlecchino already beats c1 Hu Tao. It’s a flat 25% damage increase which is much bigger than Hu Tao’s c1. Changing nothing else, the equal constellation level would already put Arlecchino higher. Then there’s the talent level. And the best set. And the weapon. And the crit ratio. The pyro queen is dead. Long live the pyro queen! (Jk they’re both still amazing, though I do see why Arlecchino is a tiny bit stronger with equal investment).

Idk man, spamming CA can be quite annoying for me since I have to make sure my CA doesn't go too far from the enemy without animation cancel I couldn't stress enough that sometimes the character doesn't do charged attack even after holding the atk button/left click. You can deal 10% more dmg WITH less effort... For me, that's a great deal

Very bad comparison that is benefitting hutao by a lot. First, the thing in the disclaimer that arle talents are not maxed. Second arle isnt running her BIS set. Third Arlecchino isnt using her BIS weapon. Lastly, she isnt C1 as well. If you add all these up we have roughly +10% from bis, +15% from talents, +15% from R1 and +25% from C1 for a total of 65% more DPS that she could have. That doesnt even factor for the fact that Arle is much more team reliant than hutao.

Being nice, solo can be considered a draw for both. but imo i'd give both solo and team to Arlecchino. solo because hu tao could have DPS loss due to execution and stamina management, depending on enemy (also hu tao would struggle solo vs multiple enemies). team because arlecchino can stand in healing/buff AoE, such as Diona's burst, Bennett's burst, Jean's burst, etc.

Arle is already a better investment then a c1 hu tao, mostly cause there equal in strength with hu tao at c1 and without maxed NA talents. Arlecchinos Cons from 1 to 3 is a HUGE boost, meaning future investment is gonna be worth it. Even then arles bond of life mechanic seems to be getting more attention so her power will only increase as natlan arrives.
