The day this was released.... was the day one of my cousins already went to the afterlife.... and hearing this makes it even more painful.... she was gone at 3 PM and all of us are mourning very hard for her due to her already married and had a young healthy boy at age 1, i could not fathom the innocence and the child's mind on not knowing what happened to his mother at such as a young age..... I love Hu Tao, so her funeral she's so sad Like I did to have my grandfather and he died in 2014. It was a sad story same as Hu Tao too. I have empathy with her.

Headcanon that 76 is Hu Tao's mother and she died when Hu Tao was very young, possibly in childbirth, and so it fell back on 75 until Hu Tao took over as 77

Hu Tao's grandfather used to be the 75th Director of the Wangsheng Funeral parlor in the City of Liyue, Teyvat. One day however, he dies of old age, and Hu Tao, her nephew, ends up becoming the 77th Director of the Funeral Service, also being the youngest person to ever assume such a role. Her recently deceased grandfather - much to her immense sorrow - is her very first client.
