huahua was born in a privilege and wealthy family, however, when he was very young his parents got divorced and he lived with his dad. his dad was always busy with his work, and never show his love to huahua. as a child, huahua desperately wanted to be loved but he also refused it. in this performance, he's portraying his own childhood, chanelling both desperations and loneliness through his performance. he's brilliant!

Hua ChenYu mentioned in the China's "Singer 2018" contest that when he was younger, he yearned for his parent's love and attention as they hardly spent time with him. Subsequently, he became very lonely and was unable to interact or open himself to people surrounding him. He then spent most of his time expessing his "Frustration & Depression" through his piano in a closed room. In this performance, he merely moved the scene to the public show. The China's Singer 2018 contest showcased participants' various and different styles of singing that many have never witnessed before. Jessie J was one of the participants and she too was surprised. My heart breaks thinking about him as a small child completely alone and terrified. Someone said in their comments that every night he was so alone and so terrified, he slept with a toy gun under his pillow! 🥺😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. No child should ever have to grow up feeling completely unwanted, not worthy of love, completely alone, and afraid of anyone who reached out to help him. OMG ADAM... I'M CRYING AGAIN FOR HIM! If you haven't watched it already, watch "Dad I'm Home"! Be warned tho. Have tissues close and be ready to have your heart shredded! The first time I watched it I was crying so hard I could barely breath! Hua is a genius who is able to breath life into his performances. I have never seen anything like it! A true Artist!

Don't be angry with me, pls! ❤️ I know you can not get rid of your accent and the way you spell the words, but for foreigners is hard to understand some words... Pleeease, spell them rarely! Now: I like your reaction and the fact that you was astonished! I discovered Hua Chenyu one month ago and from the begining of The song I felt it was a masterpiece, like "Bohemian Rapsody" of The Queen - it is so in Vogue, now, with that new movie on the market... Some songs are composed from heart with a touch of a genius and this is so obviously here... First, I like the music and Then the way that Hua sang. And he performed so well, feeling the music, that I wondered if he was the composer! I found out he wasn't, it was another Chinesse guy! I consider the composer a genius!!!! 😇 And then, I want to emphasize that Hua is more than a singer, she is an actor and a very good performer (playing piano and singing în the same time, but paying attention to his interpretation, not to playing). Have you thought that covering half of your face can be so suggestive? I think he wants to show us: he is half of a Saint (a monk is almost a Saint, isn't he?) and that part of his face is in the light, and half of a monster and the other part of his face is covered. Half of his song is soft, space-ial (you said: music from the space) and half is more darker, rock, cried. At first sight, it seems that the performer and the composer are insane, mad... You are closely... This is a full of pain song! And when you feel pain, you also experience madness... And they are so young (composer and singer)... How and when could have they experienced so much unhapiness? This lead in time, to suicide...I've read about so many South-Coreean suicides! Of course, they Chinesse, but Asian people share the same sensitiveness... It's good for them to let this angryness come out...and this resulted into a masterpiece! Too much pain or too much hapiness leads to masterpiece! Sorry for writting so much! 🤐I want to be sure you understood their message (of the composer and the singer).😈

I met twice, in Greece, during my holiday, two old men (80s and 60s), from Yorkshire and they had a hell of an accent that I asked them to try to speak more rarely... 😀. And then I met two Irish girls (nurses) with an acceptable accent, for me... 😀 We have also here, în Romania, different accents, in the East (Moldavian), în the West (Transilvanian). But I am from the South, from a district where is no accent (Argeș). 😏 OK, no answer reply needed!
