It's all starting to make sense, never should they have cut the series short, these are all very important points to the story. All is well just the same, just another reason to love this drama n watch it.over again 💖💖💖💖💖

The initial series would of had to be 72 episodes long then at least. 60 with 1st one and 12 with this one (12 is the total episodes for this short 2nd series). 1st series was 1 complete year in the life of Dingquan (20 to 21years old). Maybe that is why they filmed it that way. I don't really know why they didn't add these scenes and make it 36 episodes for 2 seasons instead. Also the novel had more in it too.

@@bonniebrock5109 Thank you miss Brook, after the initial 60 episodes I did as much research as I could on the book, n the reasons why they shortened the series. Alot of the chatter was that alot of fans felt the story line was overwhelming sad, so it was cut short, especially the tragic ending, but isn't that what makes it a DRAMA. Now I have 1 more question, have you been able to watch all 12 episodes on you tube? I've been stuck on the 1st 4 episodes here in the states and am waiting patiently for the rest, and am fearing they may not release the rest. Thank you for your input.

@@orlandahenriques8839 So far all I've seen is the first 4 too. But the new series just came out on Sept 22 on the Network YouKu so it will take a while to get uploaded on this YT channel and other YT, especially in better English subs. The comment from this channel on each episode says they are working it. I'm in the US too. This is the first day I even read any other new series on it was out now . Royal Nirvana is in my top 3 most liked too...............and I used 10 boxes of tissues on the first series. LOL

I thought the same thing and I've been trying to remember, but I think they same thing happened with the original series, cause I remember feeling panicked for lack of a better word. Oh no is this it, lol. I love this drama and just adore Luo Jin. I believe it's a superb drama in every way even though it's a little hard on the heart, but one can always use a good cry. 🥂🍾🙋‍♀️ here's to enjoying a good cry and a great drama, thank you.

这剧拍的特别隐晦，淡淡的杀机和勾心斗角很贴切生活。我能看出太子试了皇后亲戚的良娣知道她守口如瓶，皇后又想找个自己人当太子妃所以直接升她为太子妃。但有个细节我就搞不懂了，顾内人升才人她是阶位最低的，但是来敬茶时穿的比太子妃和其他人都奢华，我知道她是故意穿的比太子妃奢华，但不明白其意图，如有明白人请指点一二。我能想到的是她想犯宫规招嫉妒让太子罚她？但之后太子立即传人说才人得病不能见人名为圈禁实为保护但是没有和她穿地过于奢华而越界相呼应挂钩。三年过去了五大王还要利用年幼的六弟拿着顾内人弟弟的木剑去威胁她，真是....😱

一开始是她觉得五大王对她有恩，在她最难的时候收留过她所以如果跟太子揭秘五大王也参与了政治斗争，五大王就惨了（五大王的仆人送信特意求她不要说）太子问她有什么事就告诉他的时候她犹豫没说不但错过了机会还中了五大王的离间计（太子派长安去接她弟弟，但长安是五大王的人回来撒谎于太子的那段儿）。后来五大王示爱被拒两人关系反目，就用她的弟弟做人质要挟她做太子身边的奸细。她以为她弟弟在五大王手里不敢说，再就是离间计起作用了。
