You are not supposed to move around while taking SP02. Try again while staying completely still. Also you need to test it at least 3 times to see how accurate it is.

As per Quantified Scientist from KZbin, Huawei Band 9 is pretty bad in terms of health tracking accuracy when compared to Huawei Band 8. Could you please confirm if you also experience same?
