por lo que se se puede actualizar la ram por reballing se desoldan y se soldan otras pero solo los cuadritos y unas resistencias hay que cambiar y ya puedes pasar de 4gb a 8gb de ram o de 8gb a 16gb de ram pero no se si es seguro o cuanto dura ese cambio a la ram

Claro que se puede sin problema, pero no es algo que cualquiera puede hacer ni algo que cualquier técnico lo puede hacer. Nosotros lo hacemos para nuestros clientes. Busca un buen técnico que sepa y haya hecho este tipo de upgrade antes de entregarle el equipo. Este video es para mostrar por qué no se puede actualizar o quitar RAM en casa, no es un video de modificación a nivel de componentes. Saludos🍻

🫠Regarding your question, you will need to find some tech store where they can do a reballing and BGA chip and replace the ram chips on board.

i would highly recommend you to get a bigger nvme it is much faster than 2.5" ssd sata. get 2TB NVME and have a better performance.

Guys, I bought a 2021 model with 5500U and 16gb. Memory runs at 2666, but it should run at 3200. I couldn't find anything in the bios to change that. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Regarding your question, yes that is very normal, because the chip-set (motherboard) will auto run the ram on auto adjust speed to e in a safe side. you can't unlock the full ram speed on this laptops because the BIOS is not advanced BIOS, you will need a bios with XMP option enabled , unfortunately that option is not available in this locked bios.

@@uFixTek I'll have to live with it. Only official BIOS available for download on their website is 1.15 and I have 2.32. More than two times the number. Never thought that software support can be on that level.

unfortunately you got to live by with what they gave you, even in the future they will not implement the xmp option on this laptops, even with high end laptops only few models get full unlocked bios get the extra options. sorry to give you the negative truth response.
