@SibTiger33 Did you notice any gesture delay on the left earbud? Like if you change the volume (by swiping the earbuds' stem) on the left earbud, there's a ~0.5ms delay before the 'beeping sound' prompts, compared to when adjusting the volume on the right earbud where the beeping sound instantly prompts?

​@@andreayaquilgood question. Yes there is a delay but mostly with volume gestures. The first swipe is slow then subsequent swipes are fine. Pinch gestures work fine for me. A delay but nothing major

I also have the pro 2. They are still so good. I am excited to the point when Huawei will bring out the first buds with nearlink technology. At that point I will upgrade for sure.

I'm curious what you think. I also have the Freebuds Pro 2 but I am not sure there a huge upgrade here. Either the Buds 2 are literally perfrect already or there is really no improvement. They feel a little lighter after a few days but that's it. The Devilate EQ setting is actually amazing on the 2. Still testing, but I am not decided yet.

Yeah I owned the Og ones too, they were so good I never thought earphones could ever sound so good. Then lost them so I bought the 2s they’re good, but battery’s crap

I think Huawei freebuds 3 pro is better than Sony, because I used Samsung buds pro beats pro plus beats fit pro non off them are good as good as Huawei. 100 hundreds percent Huawei is better.

Troy, I've had the Freebuds Pro 2 since they were released and I praised them over everything. There has been literally nothing this feature- and soundrich than these buds. I'm still testing the Freebuds Pro 3 but I am not sure anything has been or could be improved at all. They feel a tad bit more comfortable.

L2HC is only available with Huawei Devices, as one of the differences. I think LDAC beats them all.

Mate, these were probably the best buds I've ever had, now I am getting a refund because the battery capacity decreased. I could get them again on sale but I am buying PixelBuds Pro 2 - I want some more tech and I think they are future proof. Not sure if I am gonna regret it :D

Great analysis. I have a pair of old earbuds and worn out headphones which both are being used quite heavily. Earbuds is to accompany my smartphone, while headphones is to watch my smart TV mainly. I'm thinking to replace both of them with just one good quality earbuds, once I seriously consider is this huawei freebuds pro 3. Questions: 1. 6 1/2 hours with ANC off is not great at all. I'm easily getting over 8 hours with ANC off with my Pixel Buds Pro, no way I will get another pair of earbuds that can't at least match that if not exceed it especially at this pricepoint. Shame cause I do like the look and features of this quite a bit.

Something to mention is that the charging case can charge extremely fast! ..And it will extend it up to 31 hours.

@@valk3359 I use my earbuds at work pretty much the whole day, that's a 9 hour day. My Pixel Buds A series never made it to 5 and when the Buds Pro came out with much longer battery life, that was my main reason for getting it and it hasn't disappointed. The Sony's cost too much and Master & Dynamic also are too much so I'll continue using the Buds Pro until something better for this pricepoint comes out.

thanks for the video. I have the 1st gen of these earbuds and they were okay in terms of noise cancellation. Which one is better for phone calls: the Freebuds Pro 3 or the AirPods pro 2? Also, how do they compare to the Bose QuietComfort Ultra? I want to get an excellent noise cancellation so I'm hesitated between the Huwaie and the Bose.

The H in Huawei is not silent. I really have no idea how this bizarre WAH-WAY pronunciation became a thing. It's "Hua - way", the H is not only not silent, it's where the stress on the word lies. I know some people claim that WAH-WAY is the Cantonese pronunciation, but this is also wrong. In Cantonese, it's WAH-WHY. And Cantonese wouldn't be appropriate either since the company is based in Hangzhou, China, a place that speaks Mandarin. Source: Mandarin is my native language.
