Hey, i might be late to the party, but where do i find the storage (where the phone saves all the pictures on the mate 20? My old Mate 20 had water damage and i thought all my stuff is gone but now that ive found this video i hope to recover my pictures. Maybe u can help! Thanks in advance

Perfect instructions. I was able to install a new battery, the upper speaker (the old was dirty and muffled) and the charge board. The cell is as good as new now.

Hello, Ctsaints89. The battery for Mate 20 pro is HB486486ECW of 3200 mAh and the one for Mate 20 is HB436486ECW 4000 mAh . I used isopropyl alcohol and contact cleanner. Thanks for asking!

dont remove the battery with a pry tool, remove it with a suction cup.

What may happend if you accidentaly, trying to take out the sim slot, you put pressure in the hole of the microphone that is next to the sim slot hole? (Sorry my english) I've just opened my brand new mate 20 pro and I did this, but I didn't feel the "accesory to take the slot out" passed through the mic. I mean, it should have something to prevent the water get inside the phone (IP68). I'm afraid that I could broke something inside or I don't know, I'm just too much paranoic right now that I broke the phone right at the first step before even turning It on jaja. Please, I need an answer...could I (did I) broke something inside? I've made tests and the mic works perfectly, I'm only afraid about the water could get in if I broke something inside.

If the microphone is still working, that`s fine, but try to keep the phone away from water.
