Charging voltage not coming in battery terminal. But back side of connector is coming 5 volt

My tab is Huawei T1 832.... If I charge it upto 100% and after that I start using it only takes a min to become 0%charge,,,,, after that it shutdown automitacally, if I use chrome or fb or yt then instantly it’s shuts down,,,If I have to use it I have to keep the tab charging,,,, without keeping charging its impossible to use z,, pls give me Solution
