The Build No RNE-L228.0.0.306 is Beta version of Android 8. Till now Huawei has not released full version of Android 8. Guys be aware of Beta version before install.

not sure this is correct or not, I'm a fan of huawei since 2015. I was interested in to go for nova2i, saw lots of used nova2i in sold with warranty in the market. checked with a seller, his feed backs are not happy at all. But looking at the spec of the phone I don't see any issue at all.

Recently deleted was mentioned in the changelog as I showed! Battery life seems ok. Camera features aren't available under downloads as well. Hopefully a future software update will fix it

the oreo provided on the nova 2i are just for beta testing.. based on what i have read its not a complete update. there are still missing features in it. that's why its just for beta testing. and according to them the official update will be middle of this year.

I just got the official Oreo update yesterday on my Huawei Nova 2i (Huawei mate 10 lite). I didn't join the beta I got the official update. I just have one question. Why is the boot animation still EMUI 5.1's boot animation? When I turn on the phone it tells me I have Android 8.0 EMUI 8.0 but the boot animation is EMUI 5.1. Is this normal or is that an error that happened in the update?
