Doesn't make any difference on the small scale but given how much ice is in the world it could raise a sea level), however it is worth noting that even though a random stranger on the internat can only hazard a guess, he can tell you that scientists have found a trend in rising sea levels already (hence why they gave us a vague date of where the sea would be at the time) alongside a trend of glacial retreats and gains resulting in a net loss in every major glacial front (and almost every glacier in the world). So yeah, it is still happening, but I would recommend reading up on the subject instead of asking a random internet stranger, as the information you get may be wrong, either mistakenly or maliciously.
