So now lcd uses less power than oled? it was a new one. OLED does not use power for eg black and turns down the pixels which have dark colors etc. The LCD cannot turn down for the individual pixels, they are backlit and therefore the whole panel always uses power to illuminate the display.

@@Twongz_does_anything as a user of the Nova 5t, it's pretty good. Yes, I do understand the Huawei Ban that was imposed. This phone still have Google Services and I heard that this will be getting Android 10. But even if the update don't come, it's fine for most of the users of this phone. This phone has no expandable storage which is a bummer, but not a deal breaker for me, as the phone has 128gb fixed storage. Also no 3.5mm headphone jack, which to be honest I am not affected that much as I use wireless headphones. But you comparing a flagship to a midrange phone is a bit strange. I am just speaking my opinion on your "statement"
