My phone charges really slow just less that 1W, no matter which charger I use, I don't think it's the battery because it still lasts as long as it usually does on a full charge. The phone doesn't show up on my laptop when I connect it via USB port, but it does charge my phone. Do you think that change the USB port would fix this or is it a software issue?

What is the purpose of this video? Nothing was explained. Practically you opened the device, disconnected few things and then you did all in reverse. Absolutely useless video.
