2 Hours is a huge time man, its very slow, My Moto x pure edition (3000mAh battery) takes only 1 hour and 15 min to get fully charged.

Thank you very much for this video , i just bought a P9 plus and it took almost 2.3 hours to full charge, I'm so much upset with with the charging time of Huawei. my recent phone Oppo F1 Plus almost take 45 minutes to full charge and it give me a whole day of Battery life .

Just bought a Huawei P Smart. I get about 40% charge within 15 mins or 100% usually within the hour, with any charge lead. I do always put the phone on airplane mode though, or switch off altogether.

From Huawei support: Your phone comes with a 5 V 2 A charger as standard, and it also supports 9 V 2 A high voltage quick chargers. When your battery is low and you charge your phone for 10 minutes, you can extend your talk time by around 2 hours. The specific length of time is dependent on the network environment. Please make sure that you buy an official Huawei 9 V 2 A charger; unofficial quick chargers will not work properly. If you need a quick charger, you can buy one from Huawei handset dealer.

I dont have the plus version. I have the standard P9. It does not have amoled and does not support wireless charging.

Using a type C jack has nothing to do with charge speed whatsoever. Author advised to learn some electricity basics about current and voltage as well as battery charging technology. Telling explicitly electric parameters or the charger used would help a lot those who already did. Thanks.
