I have my cheapest Huawei ecosystem here now. Nova 5t 11k D15 r5 30k And honestly it's like magic. It's boost my productivity and removes hassle between connecting wires or stuff. I can just copy text and paste it on my pc. I have few issues with it tho, laptops don't connect to Huawei share like on phones, sometimes I just want to transfer file from my phone to laptop without going into multi screen collaboration mode. Multiscreen collaboration does have some delay depends on the laptop model, but works well when the laptop is plugged in or in high performance mode. It always ask confirmation even when I already check the remember this device (note will only happen when you connected a different phone first then connect your phone)

Yeah I found out it not compatible with that phone. If you go on the Huawei website it will tell you which phones work with it. I realised the only phone that do work with it are the much more expensive ones. But to be completely honest I wouldn't buy as the Google play store app does not work with it. Due to the argument in America and UK about China using Huawei to spy on us. So until Huawei have updated the play store with more apps. It's not worth getting any of there phones. None of the banking apps are available on the Huawei phones. Hope this helps.

For me I bought mate20pro 2 years ago before google issues so the phone is still amazing. and I bought the matebook Xpro last week just because I needed a new laptop and I found a good deal. So I tried to use the mutiscreen feature but Unfortunately it not working And I was so disappointed.. So I can expect how felt when you bought the laptop just for this feature and it didn't work.. I tried it on a Huawei nova 7 5G with NFC and EMUI 10 but it doesn't support the OneHop feature. Most likely, it is the same. I think, for now, this feature is exclusive to the high-end models of Huawei.

I have the same. You can just connect your phone thru the laptop and allows you to transfer vid and photos only but you cant access the Multi Screen Collab as it needs NFC.

can this be used to export films, tv, games etc.... for example i prefer using apps to keep track of my accounts and ease of use and accessibility and the Microsoft store does not have BBC Iplayer, more 4 etc so if i where to watch tv or films on my phone can i export these full screen on the Huawei laptop?
