Hi you know from what the strap belt is made? I m alergic for non stainless steel....i repaured my zenwatch and realised how mutch i hate round smart/watches,and how perfect the original android wear was its 100 times better and smoother then wear os 2+....only the honor version has normal watch straps...but the hauwei looks mutch better

well i got the watch and it shows a very detailed chart with % of deep sleep/light sleep/rem sleep and how many times u woke up during that sleep season and it's very accurate. easily best watch for the price ( 115 usd )

Great video. One question if I may. Can you pair the watch with an external heart rate monitor? With gym based activities, monitoring can be a little hit and miss with wrist based HR monitors.

Thank you for this, very useful. I do have few questions though. I have had Fitbit for 3 hours before returning it as it was giving me so many problem it's ridiculous. I have read somewhere that one big down fall of this watch is that it's doesn't connect to the main health app such as google? is that true? Doe it receive phone call for me to answer from the actual watch? Last question: if I go for a swim in the sea with it, it's not a problem right?

Not gonna lie, the heart rate monitor is incredibly slow to reach my elevated heart rate when I'm doing high intensity interval training. It takes 20-30 seconds to realize my increased heart rate, and by that time my heart rate is already on the way down. I suspect this is also why the truSleep 4.0 sleep tracking is way off too. It's saying I'm sleeping 9.5hrs vs my true 7.5hrs. In the 5 days I've owned it, I've already received 2 different firmware updates, and with each update, the heart detection seems to have gotten worse. I was pumped after watching this youtube video, cuz of how accurate his results were, unfortunately my experience is not even remotely close to his.
