Huawei Watch GT3 VS GT3 Pro. Is the GT 3 PRO Really Better?

Because of my sweat, I can only use metal bands… So I would have to go for the GT3 Pro Titanium. Also, I love the look, it’s just fantastic. Currently rocking a GT2, I think I’m gonna have to upgrade at some point ;)

I just ordered my GT3 PRO today, I got the full titanium version for 345 euros, second hand on amazon, now I have to find out if its a good deal or now, I will compare it to the Samsung Galaxy WAtch 4 Classic 46mm, love hate relationship with the Samsung, really dissapointe in some aspects, really poor Bluetooth conectivity, horrible sleeptracking, Wear Os 3.0 is not that fluid, I get some random freezes and other problems. But when the Watch 4 works.... its amazing, it has wifi, you can run it with two different Assistance, Bixby and Google simultaniusly.. But I want my smartwatch for working out, and I think the Samsung is not the best for working out, and a phone will be always better regarding notifications etc... Will have to see how the GT3 PRO turns out!! Cant wait for your video once you get your!! Cheers.

Is there ultra long battery setting somewhere? ECG works only China? AOD takes 10% battery with in 5 hours. If you take aod away how can you awake it with your wrist? Skin temperature shows everytime way too less.

@@BigPhiLTV i contacted Huawei and they assured me the ROM is only 4 Gb (RAM 32 Mb) like mentioned in the spec. Than the only explanation is that it depends in which region you live. Where in the settings can you find the capacity so I can check it here in a shop ?

Ok,i have gt3,and i just buy gt 3 pro,so heres mine opinion... First look,gt3 pro titanium is really great looking watch...Gt3 black,that i have is not so much elegant...But theres an gt 3 elite model that looks allmost the same like gt 3 pro... Second,about titanium,titanium is mix legure of metal,and its not so hard like they say,i allready got couple of scraches on case,i scrach it on jacked zip thats made from aluminium,so that stories about titanium and hardnes you can forget,you will scrach your wach no mather... Third,screen are the same,no diferences....GPS are working the same,apps are the same....Battery are great on both watches and can stand about 5-7 days....About ram memory,i didnt instal to many apps so i cant tell if gt3 will start to lag,but for now its runing smouthlly... If you ask me,better option is huawei watch 3 pro titanuim,it looks allmost the same like gt3 pro,have same memory,have e sim (gt 3 series dont have e sim)....O and one more thing,if you want to your watch looks great after many mounths,buy protection,you have silicone bumpers,protective glass etc,same like phone....

I don't think that is possible. Because every features is broadcast on the Huawei Health app.

Unfortunately no. its not possible with Huawei smartwatches. when tracking a workout the screen stay on the tracking information.

The reason you dont have e sim is because its not an e sim watch, if you want, you have to order an e sim watch. The wifi on a watch is kinda useless, it only matters when you download apps, and that way its a bit faster. And the nfc might not be supported in your country

Thanks for sharing, it sure helps a lot! But since you never mentioned anything about its NFC related functions, is it because Huawei took them out (hide it) from the international version? Also, I can't find the titanium strap one on/with the China version where NFC feature is enabled.

The NFC is mostly for payment but as of right now Huawei Wallet(Huawei payment) is only available in China.

Hey man, yes you can connect the watch to those two phones. Just make sure to install the Huawei Health app on both phones and connect the watch through those apps.

Hi! Can anyone help please? I bought a Huawei GT3 pro based on the HR sensor quality, I sent the first one back because I though there was a problem, the second one is the same. I've tried different wrist positions, resetting etc. but the problem remains. Every so often, regardless of what I'm doing, I could be walking or watching TV, the HR readout will drop to anywhere between 37 and 44 bpm, this is also recorded in the log. Any ideas anyone please? I can show screenshots of the log readout.

As far as I understood, not only ECG but also arterial stiffness detection is a new feature of the GT3 pro. If you have health issues the higher price of the pro should not be the reason to go for the cheaper GT3. Concerning build quality, this isn't a main argument either, because the watches are still technical gadgets and aren't build for eternity. The GT3 will be finished similar to the GT3 pro, either if they are outdated, or when the battery dies at the latest. The main advice for a decision you didn't mention, that is the acceptance in daily usage. If you e.g. finally don't wear the GT3 pro permanently, because it is too heavy, the decision was wrong. Similar the other case, you are not pleased with the haptic of the GT3. It is always a good idea to compare both watches in real life before the final decision which to buy.
