I met my wife last February (2021) for the first time ever via social media. I'm based in Enugu and she was in Lagos. In three weeks of consistent conversation I knew she was the one and I wasted no time in telling her and even proposed to her. Of course we all had to wear masks at the time so once I noticed I kept laughing cause my mom kept calling him out asking him why he's not focusing on her order and to take his eyes off her daughter 🤣. He kept staring and I noticed he was messing up the orders lol. We finally got what we needed and went for some green bananas. That's when my mom said " he's looking for you" lol I responded " ok, go get his number for me then please" lol my mom response out loud in the store " GO TO HIM HES CALLING YOU! LOOK HOW HES BREAKING HIS NECK TO SEE YOU! 🤣 Jamaicans are so loud for no reason lol but I approached him anyway while still laughing at the ghettoness my mom pulled... Thank you for sharing!! ❤️💕Coincidentally I first met my husband on the gorgeous beach in Ghana! 🇬🇭 It was in the evening as my friends and I visited were told the beach refreshes the spirit after our long flight. There was a surprise for me to be given a title by a Chief and at that time the Chief gave me rights to be a member of their family naming ceremony (which at the time I didn’t have a clue what that meant). The next I visited, we met again at the same beach, and the following year he proposed to me there and were married the following year. We will be there for our anniversary this year!
