Its a german song that even charted in germany only at 41 fourty years ago. Its literally impossible to know it outside of Germany without watching the movie. As this englisch version was released 1 year after the movie there was no synergy effect for the song.

Hubert really should have released this version. The original English version he did release was nowhere near as good as this remix. Could have really made him an international superstar, such a missed opportunity.
