We have released a new firmware for the camera ,improved the video quality ,please download the firmware from Hubsan official website www.hubsan.com/na/index.php?main_page=support to get your drone upgraded .Please keep in mind that all of them should be upgraded at the same time ,and also include the APP version CHANGE LOG(for the drone ): 1. Optimized the drone’s behavior for losing altitude when forwarding 2. Added the function to set height for RTH in the APP 3. Added the function to set Gimbal Pitch speed in the APP 4. Modified the RTH feature for lost control and allowed it to RTH after losing control in Auto-land mode 5. Optimized the video quality CHANGE LOG(for the controller ): 1. HUBSAN OFFICIAL hello...i just got my hubsan zino but no cable to connect from the transmitter to phone.I can fly a zino with my phone but why i cannot fly a zino with the remote controller only because i don't have a cable to connect the phone as i said...and also i tried using a regular phone charging cable to connect the transmitter to my phone but it always says aircraft disconnected..Does it really need the original cable of the transmitter to phone in order to connect properly or not?

I have a new zino, 9 flights, no problems, now says GIMBAL ERROR 0x0008, I did everything and there is no way to fix it, send 2 emails to [e-mail] and nobody ever answered me. What do I do please? Thank you.

I just received my Hubsan Zino drone and I'm trying to update its firmware . I succeed for all the firmware except the one of the camera because i can't find it . Is it normal that the firmware of camera is not in the file "Latest Firmware File for Zino -6.6" which we can downoload on this "www.hubsan.com/na/index.php?main_page=support" Zino/Firmware . I would wonder if someone could answer this and tell me where is this ZINO_IT-V0.3.6(firmware for camera board ) .

It was on a website other than Hubsan, really deep into Google. I wanted to re-do the update to be sure. I assume the files in the .zip from Hubsan cover all the updates necessary?

from what I remember, the gimbal function is unlocked after updating FC (do not turn off the program) or look for a different version of the program

hi guys one help please, i followed instruction for installing camera firmware, for zino pro. I downloaded files that i need, format sd card and place those 2 files in it. Then i put card in zino pro and turn it on but automatic update didnt start because i connect it with my controller and it wasnt updated. Gimbal update and flight controller were updated successfully, but camera update didnt. Please help me, thanks.

Hi,Sir, ZINO is an WIFI controlled drone ,but H906A or H901A is a 2.4Gzh controller ,so they are not to be compatible .It can only work with WIFI signal controlled controller of Hubsan .Thanks

This bricked my Hubsan Zino. It won't boot anymore, it shows a very slow flashing red LED next to the SD card. Also does that with no SD card inserted. It's not the fast flashing LED that indicates flashing. I have contacted support.

I have the ZINO PRO ... product is bullshit. Bought it 3 weeks ago, first flight lost signal but came back, been trying connect ever since. Connects and then disconnects 1 minute later. Tried IPAD, IPHONE, ANDROID. Nothing works. Support sucks. Upgraded firmware successfully - no change. So frustrated. Many people appear be in the same boat and so far see no resolutions.

One other thing that threw me was that I had real problems connecting the app to the zino after the process. I realised it was because I still had the video upgrade files on the sd card. After going through the upgrade process, power it down, remove the sd card and put it in the computer. Delete the video upgrade files off the sd card and put it back in the zino.

Good morning, I have problems with my Zino h117s he is not connecting with the control radio and is flashing the blue LEDs and micro usd connection led, the control radio is connecting or cell phone does not connect to the drone nor appears on the wifi of cell phone. Before it was perfect, follows the video. Alan Conlin I also tried rolling back to previous versions but was seeing the same issue. Resolved by doing the firmware upgrade from a Windows 7 Pro laptop (not part of domain) rather than my Windows 10 Pro desktop that is part of a domain, so not sure if some odd security issue on the domain was causing a problem or Windows 10. Had full admin rights on both. Since this I’ve also seen the same issue with a certain sd card installed, swapped to another and then started working again. Hope one of these works for you and you get the Zino back flying.

Has anyone had a problem with the 4k video footage being glitchy? My 1080p 60fps is perfect and dont understand why the 4k quality is causing this? My zino has been updated to all the newest firmware correctly and my sd card is a 64gb Samsung evo plus. Also i have used disc genius to format it to FAT32 so unsure what I've done wrong to cause this issue. Any help would be great.

The Zino Upgrade Tool works only on windows Computers 😭 - the fimi a3 has much more comfortable update options you definetely should have a mind of.

My Zino has been updated to version 1.1.52 with major connection problems. Drone lost 2 days ago, written to the parent company for direct responsibility, I was told that I have to contact Ebay to buy another one. This is their seriousness, we hope they will close soon. im trying to update all firmwares but i cant connect zino. i have installed WinUSB4NuVCOM_NUC970 on windows 10. now i connect zino to computer and open HT016B_updater (i think is this file, because Zino Upgrade Tool 1.0 has been removed from ur website) but this tool say "disconnectec" can you help me? Zino upgrade tool should be in it's own folder - can you see it in the folder list? If not, try re-downloading the zip. If you are still having issues connecting it could be the cable - are you using the black cable that came with the zino? It needs to be a 5 pin micro usb, not a power only 4 pin.

Guys if anyone can help me please . k follow these steps the 1st one FC worked ok but qhen i download firmware there is no gimble one =/ the upgrade gimblez part i xlixk open file only thing there is somthing mb5 and ma sd card. The video does not show the actual files and folders... The files and folders look totally different, how can you provide such wrong information? After 3 days of trying to update and achieve the focus with my brand new Hubsan Zino Pro I must say: upgrading the firmware is impossible for me. That are the points: A. First of all - what system do you use for upgrading? Why don't you provide the upgrade process from the app? B. Do you suport OS version? Where are the files and tools for Mac users? C. the video on youtube shows two icons in folder FC_V1.0.41. There is only one file actually.... why you publish differently? D. the upgrade tool - exe does not work on my Macbook Pro .... Why? My frustration is about to obtain the peak.... I have flown around 30 different drones - but the Zino is the worst one..... Please provide me professional support. i have spend 400 USD for useless piece of plastic that produce soap pictures and you name it PRO... BTW How can I adjust yaw movement - it is so intense that I can not provide smooth footage, beside the focus...
