Hey Chelsea, thanks for your honest review. Everything wont work for everyone. So thank you for being honest in your review. Based on the reviews I have seen, its not very mattifying but it smooths the skin really well. I have really large pores, so if it minimizes the look of those, Ill carry my powder around lol ❤

Sometimes if there is too much silicone at once it does not layer well that’s the pilling.

I've seen many videos and they all say it's not oily girl friendly like you said. But it's got great coverage and looks good but maybe for dry skin girls

Try it with the Makeup by Mario powder. It is loose, but it’s not drying nor mattifying. I used the new Huda primer with the new Huda foundation and the Mario powder and it worked. I use Beekman 1802 skincare so nothing reacted negatively. I also used the Charlotte Tilbury setting spray.

Hi Chelsea, I have dry skin and at the end of the day my skin still looks so good with this foundation so I can think with normal/combination skin it might look oily over time. I'm curious to know how to wears when you wear it over water powder serum and universal balm powder. 😊

Oh I’m so sorry the foundation didn’t work for you. I had a gift card from Sephora and I bought it but not the primer. I just used my Tatcha primer and I used my rare beauty powder and I really like it. I definitely didn’t wear it for 12 hours so maybe my thoughts would be different if I did lol. I only had it on for about 6 hours. Please keep us updated

I don’t have the Huda primer and do like the foundation without any primer I just use my Kiko Milano hydra pro matte lotion and I normally do get very oily on my nose and forehead but with some powder I didn’t get overly shiny just my usual oil production and it looks beautiful all day until I wash it off.

I will say try it with the loose powder instead of the pressed powder, it’s something about the pressed powder it always makes me super oily.

I am dry mature skin large pores. I only used foundation. I can see the potential little smoothing on t zone but nothing ground breaking. On my skin while it didnt feel heavy or drying but it looked heavy. I could see the layer on my skin and it emphasized my laugh lines more then other bases I have used.
