I’m 42 with oily/combination skin and have worn this to work all week. I LOVE IT. I apply it with my fingers, no primer, and I get about 8 hours of wear, a little dewy, not greasy at the end of the day. I have the most sensitive skin and this is like magic for me.

I’m so glad I tried this before I watched your video - lol. It worked great for me. A toner, Bobbi Brown face base, Saint Jane sunscreen, then applied foundation with a brush and dusted with Kosas baked powder. Zero issues, even here in Central Florida. I have several years on you, true combo skin, and Oh so many more personality lines, and I had no settling. Now that I think on it, I did also use an eye cream underneath.

So strange. I had to come back recently and rewatch this video. I had the exact opposite experience with this foundation. I’m 58 and oily and have a lot of texture. This is lovely on my skin. There is nothing tacky about it. It feels like nothing on. I did not Use a primer. I would say the coverage is light. That is ok with me. I love it.

Love this review. I was holding my breath. I already tried this foundation but chose the wrong shade so I didn't even put on an entire face. I returned it. I have another shade on the way. In the meantime I was at Kohl's Sephora one day and decided to see if I'd chosen the best shade that 2nd time. It seemed better. Fingers crossed. I'm happy the foundation did pretty well for you. Thank you for mentioning the scent! I've seen lots of reviews and nobody had mentioned this but I found it quite unpleasant and was part of the reason for returning. I tried this system for a week and returned it. I’m 50 with minimal fine lines and no pores/great non textured skin. I have normal dry skin and live in a dry climate and this foundation did not blur, became very shiny/oily looking very quickly. Disco ball shine. It cracked in my smile lines area and bunched up in such a strange way along my jaw and lower cheek areas. It settled into fine lines. I found myself taking my finger and smoothing it out again in all those areas it cracked, shifted, accumulated, and bunched up. I found it to be light to medium coverage and didn’t build up much without adding more makeup to my fine lines. It never set. Even with her powder. It felt wet and sticky on my face all day. My neck and chin were sticking together. It transferred all day long. I hated wearing it, and each day I couldn’t wait to take it off. Epic fail. I wanted to love it.

This was so helpful. I'd been leaning toward getting it based on a couple of other reviews but seeing it in your wear tests I know it's not for me because I'm 64 with lines and scarring on my chin and I am not looking for shine. I'm still on the hunt for something that's not matt dry but that doesn't have any shine without powder. Just skin line or a natural matt.

Have you ever tried the L’Oréal hyaluronic true match serum foundation? That’s a drugstore one that I just keep going back to in between trying all these high end ones. It’s in an annoying dropper bottle but I personally find it to be both smoothing and natural skin like looking.

I haaaated this foundation. The shades at the pale end of the range are appalling. This foundation showed up texture horribly. I found it was the opposite of blurring. I was so disappointed. One of the worst I've tried

I’m surprised that you find the pale shades appalling. I can never find a great shade match and always have to lighten and/or add color mixers to foundation(everything’s always very pink yellow or orange)…the lightest neutral shade was one of the best matches I have ever had.
