CPF Environmental Review Series: Cost Eligibility and Documenting ER Records for CPF Grants in HEROS

A HUD Environmental Review (ER) is required for all HUD-assisted projects, including those funded through Economic Development Initiative (EDI) Community Project Funding (CPF) grants. This session discussed the process for documenting environmental reviews and the applicability of the Part 50 Nationwide Programmatic Review covering CPF soft costs and defines eligible costs for CPF projects in relation to CPF program dates.
