I honestly feel bad for him. Like everyone sees him evil when really it’s not even his fault. His family literally forced him to become evil. Especially considering he was in the prison world for 18 years. I mean if someone can tell me in the eyes you wouldn’t go crazy or something being locked all alone in a different day/date era, I will have so much respect for you. He also never asked to become a supernatural person. He may be evil, but it’s really not his fault. I can probably see why he wanted to kill his family. They all saw him as the unwanted and evil child that no one ever wanted to come across. Thats gotta hurt. Kai is not misunderstood he’s actually evil his family seen that he was very unstable and was scared of him being the leader of their coven but for good reason. And when he found out they didn’t want him to do the merge anymore, instead of arguing his case he hunted and killed all his younger siblings who were innocent. And let’s not forget the way he did it!sheesh!..He did all of this before he step foot into the prison world so that’s not an excuse for his homicidal behavior. Don’t get me wrong I like Kai cuz he’s funny and one the coolest villains on TVD but let’s not get it twisted he’s 100 % evil asf and not misunderstood.

How fricking annoying this whole thing of characters in this show not killing the villains the moment they decide to kill them. Damon here had absolutely no reason to push him down and then talk down on him, and every reason to instantly kill him. He blitzed him with his speed, and there was no reason to not snap his neck instantly. Yeah, that may have not killed him for all he knew, but what he does know is that he can put him down with his magic. Magic which he wouldn't have time to use had he not decided to have a chit chat. All characters did this at one point in the series, and lets not talk about the inconsistency in the power levels.

Im gonna get so much hate for this but liv is one of , if not the dumbest and most selfish character in TVD. If Liv hadn't been complaining about the merge kai wouldn't have been the leader in the first place. She tells Jo that she was running away from her duty, then convinced Jo that she could beat kai even though kai has better magic feats and on top of that he is a siphoner; his ability would have overwhelm Jo and killed her. Then tries to kill Kai out of spite due to the fact that he won the merge, even though killing Kai would mean killing herself and the rest of the coven. If she had just accepted the fact they had to merge Luke would have been leader, kai would have been dead and the gemini coven wouldn't be near extinction. You can hate me for saying this but it's all her fault.

Liv was selfish, I swear. Luke at least understood that while him and Liv merging would suck for one of them, it would be so much worse if Kai merged with Jo and became far too powerful for anyone to defeat. Cause Jo was strong, but Kai was stronger..so the odds would've been more in his favor. Tbh, she only gave Jo a confidence booster for her own benefit. Liv and Tyler were both selfish during this part of S6. Jo was willing to die to keep Liv and Luke alive. Liv clearly could've cared less about Jo. I get Liv wanted to be able to live without fearing Kai and everything, but she was still very selfish. Which is why I liked Luke better than her in the end. He was mature enough to know that if anyone was gonna merge, it should be the two of them, because then Kai would be easier to defeat in the end. They literally had the opportunity. It could've been over right there. Lol
