Hue Bridge Only 2 Lights- How Do I Get All Three Lights On My Hue Bridge?

If the third light isn’t lit, the app doesn’t connect. So advice like ‘update the firmware’ doesn’t make sense. This post is not valuable.

Ayuda por favor, hoy por fin me llegó mi kit de inicio el bridge se conectó y se actualizó ahora solo muestra la luz de energía y las otras no están no hacen nada, lo intente restablecer pero igual no hace nada
