Is there a reason why you buy water bottles? Why don't you use a brita filter pitcher or reusable water bottles? Maybe it's a California thing but here in Toronto no one buys water bottles to keep in their fridge! We all use pitchers.

It may be a states thing bc I live in Indiana and we buy cases of water mostly lol

Hey girl, you were talking about not wanting vitamins with iodine but did you know seafood contains high levels of iodine? Thought I'd mention it since you talked about wanting to incorporate more seafood (& bought shrimp)! It's good for thyroid health but if you're trying to avoid it for whatever reason, just something to be aware of.

Hey Kayla, if you are living a plant based diet, be aware of gelatin/gummy products; gelatin contains animal byproducts (ex: scraps from pig hoofs) Veggie caps would be your best option for pills. I'd also recommend black seed oil pills, please look it up there is so many benefits and I think you would find use in taking it.

*KAYLA* PLEASE be cautious with gummy vitamins and other gummy products as many of them contain gelatin! As a vegetarian I've been finding that even things such as Pop Tarts, Altoid mints, and different yogurts have gelatin. Also be careful with the Quorn meatless ground products if you don't eat eggs as I read they have rehydrated egg whites!

lucyfails trust me 18 dollars for water ain't normal, Trader Joe's is actually considered expensive where I live in Maryland(really close to dc) I can get a whole case of 24 bottles of water for usually 4-5 dollars. So Kayla must be getting some really special water

Walmart usually has their 32 pack of water for $3..... but $18?! She's being boujee as hell. But whatever, that's her money lol.
@marieess34697 жыл бұрын
She should have explained that this isn't regular water. It's alkaline water and is considered really healthy to drink. The $3 water isn't this type. Not saying I could or would pay $18 for water, but it's a good price this.
@ellenwilliams38257 жыл бұрын
seeing so many people complaining about the food shop being $150. lol, in Australia $150 weekly is the norm or even more because our food stores are so expensive and our dollar is crap, $150 is like $200 in America. Also, Kayla have you thought about buying a water bottle you can keep using instead of constantly buy plastic bottles which doesn't break down in the environment, just saying.

GlossyPinkPrincess Iodine is very much needed in your daily diet. It can throw your thyroid out of wack but if she uses regular salt to season her foods she's fine. Too much iodine can cause breakouts

You can get a sufficient amount of b12 if you get enough greens in your diet, specifically spinach. B12 isn’t related to meat necessarily.. The b12 comes from the soil and since cows eat grass grown in the soil, their meat contains b12. Multi-vitamins aren’t necessary. Just eat more greens! 😉
