When u lactose intolerant u have to be. So careful of. Dairy coconut yogurt is more gentle on stomach and A 2 Milk is the best it has come from the cow different to A1 more better for the stomach and gut my. Sister whoes a nurse researched it

I’m confused by your choice to not get Made Good Mini bites. Those are my kid’s favorite treat snack. Yes, there are some “ flaws” but barely enough to not be okay as a fun treat. Especially, for someone with food allergies. The Annie’s Smiles , Mac and Cheese and Heavenly Hunks can’t be that much better. Im not trying to be negative I’m just trying to understand your logic. The made good bars were my treat when I had blood sugar issues during pregnancy, however it wasn’t the issues you are thinking it was complicated however the dietitian I worked with recommended those. Please, explain. I do love your videos.

Hubby's so patient with your shopping. 😂 My power was out for two days and I had to throw out the majority of my produce. But I was able to salvage some. The majority of the food in the freezer was still frozen! I never opened the doors. It's good to stock up when you can. Especially with Winter coming.
