This is actually a game bug. Exactly the same thing happened to me on this track. The wall keeps deforming and it ends up bugging out and even on the other side of the track going into the right uphill section it can hit you there as well. I can't believe they didn't actually fix things like this. About 7 drivers went out of my session because of this glitch.

from someone with game dev background... here's probably what happened The game files get encrypted/compressed upon release to stop people from reverse engineering the files. Sometimes this encryption/compression can cause glitches like this in 3d models or textures due to just some malformed bytes that don't end up encrypting correctly. They don't see it in beta testing because they probably beta test the game on non-encrypted files

Nick, you gotta be way smoother when steering in, you see for example in turn 1 you get bad understeer until you slow down a lot, being smoother and turning in a little earlier is better, and the reason everyone else is faster in the straight is because you are compromising your exits, unlock the differential a little and get on the throttle a little earlier

ai is messed up a bit in that one corner i think most of the players had at least one of the drivers going over the curb there/ not brakeing enought or in other way messing that corner and bining car in to a wall

Yeah the reason why all the drivers have insane straight line speed isn't because you're car is absolute 💩, well partially but because the ai is bugged and shotguns the straight
