As an ex tanker that is the least of the problems here… Sticking ur hand in a barrel will cut ur hand off. The tank going over the bus wasn’t so far from tipping over. Not knowing any protocol of how to reverse a tank or how to stand inside of it or what to do when a tank is rolling over and lots more is so dangerous.
