@@peterp6775 Electric? If so, he hates the Earth. The increase in strip mining of the planet is ignored. Not to mention the fossil fuel required to do the mining, the refining, construction, disposal/recycling (batteries especially)...plus electricity for charging. Wind and solar? Study physics, Laws of thermodynamics. They're at nearly maximum efficiency/potential...nearly insignificant in total energy production. The real estate consumed to meet current energy needs? Do the research. A windmill, over its service life...won't produce enough electricity to cover the cost of its construction, maintenance and replacement. There is no such thing as renewable energy...all energy comes from the Sun (Nuclear an exception? No). We only "harvest" energy. All harvest methods...fossil fuel, nuclear, hydro, geo, wind, solar and wave must be perfected and maximized. Fossil fuel utilization (at least in US) is exponentially more efficient and clean since the '70s. Improvement can and will be made in that regard. "Green zealots" need eschew all things fossil fuel dependent for one year. That means NO food, NO clothing, NO shelter, NO heating/cooling, NO plastics, composites, paper/cardboard. The idiot sheep occupying this orb are ignorant...stupid beyond belief?! "Follow the science?" Insisting only on following "mandated" science, and censoring opposition is ANTITHETICAL to the scientific method. Go to the World Economic Forum website, watch the plans the Elite have for you. Study Klaus Schwab's "Fourth Industrial Revolution." You will quickly see they view the non-Elites as "livestock." It's appropriate...we are dumb sheep, being herded to the slaughter house.

As a retired cameraman after 38 years at KTVK in Phoenix Az, I loved your shot off the rear of the boat. There is one simple and easy way to stabilize that shot rather than shooting it handheld. You simply place a 20# sandbag down as a base to place your camera on, then mash your camera into that sandbag. You then compose your shot and start your record button. Then you place another sandbag on top of your camera. What this does is make your camera part of the boat and isolates all vibrations and such so when you watch back the roll you will be totally amazed. Just food for thought and it is really fun when you do it in front of the boat

ME are semi custom party/show/prestige boats with very high build quality. Are they as seaworthy as Scouts, Whalers or HCB's? I personally don't think so, but opinions will vary based on intended use. For me if I had to choose between a Scout 430 and an ME 43 Open I'd choose the Scout all day everyday because I could care less about partying. That said, if my intended use was as a party boat the ME would be the choice hands down.
