I'm not vegan but you make it seem so effortless to be vegan be having me thinking I can completely switch up overnight and be alright. 😂😂😂

She makes everything look effortless. I have been vegan for 3 years and sometimes it can be hard, but for the most part it is fine. When you are doing it for the animals, you find a way. And it is not about perfection, but doing the best you can. I would encourage you to research it more if you are interested.
@davidthescottishvegan5 жыл бұрын
Pretty Pinckney, it's great that you are considering going vegan. The best motivation for being vegan is for the animals but it will also benefit the planet and your health if you focus on whole plants foods as much as possible. I eat mainly whole plants foods but that doesn't mean I don't ever eat processed foods I just make sure that I have a balance between the two. Research veganism on www.americanvegan.org or on www.vegansociety.com . Cowspiracy and Earthlings videos for the ethics and What the health for the health issues and watch KZbin Doctors like Dr. McDougall, Dr. T. Campbell and Dr.Greger and check out Nutritionfacts.org .

Me too! 😂😂😂 She does inspire me to go vegetarian tho. I'm almost there!

I couldn't agree more. Not only does she make it seem effortless, but very appetizing and shes not pushy at all. I love how she promotes veganism; so positive and inspiring, instead of aggressive... you know what I mean? Btw.. I'm no where near being vegan, but would like to transition one day.
