3 years ago I watched Brad and Kyle for the first time. After watching more vlogs, I quickly became a big fan of your comedic style and the way you carried yourself during your brief appearances in those early vlogs. My opinion then was that no house member had more talent than you Mike. I still believe that. In addition to that, you were my favorite personality in the house, and I have never seen you lose a challenge against any house member over the years and I love that. I hate that you won't be out there doing your thing, but I believe it to be an obvious right decision for a guy with a much more important goal to obtain. Being a good father and a good man absolutely means putting your family first. It is required to achieve that goal. Being physically and emotionally available for them is also required. Keep pushing on all the work you are doing because you have fans who enjoy your content. We are rooting for you in all phases of your life, and we could not be more proud of you right now. It takes a special person to make the choice to be a Dad and a husband, versus just being a provider for his family. I made that mistake early in life I thought because I was a provider, with my career, I was being a dad and a husband. The truth was I wasn't, I wasn't home enough and missed a lot. Damn! I'm surprisingly saddened to hear you won't be on the tour anymore. Yours was always one of a handful of players who's scores and standing I always checked and kept up with. I know this must have been a really difficult decision to make, but I got mad respect for you for doing what is best for your family. I've often wondered how hard it must be for some guys to be away from their wife and kids for such long stretches and for so many events throughout the year. Michael...I commend you and love your decision. There is no good way to look back and say you didn't spend enough time with your child. I assume i'm around your age, give or take, used to play when i was 7 years old until I was 18 (on the european scene) when I joined the army (we have to in our country) for 5 years... Finished my degree, got married and a daughter, I can totally feel you. Two years ago I returned bowling, and competing in my country solely is so rough. Congrats! You won't regret you're decision. The PBA50 tour will be there (hopefully) if you still need to scratch that itch. Run that shop like a business, meaning market it more than walk ins and word of mouth. Lots of opportunity to build the business. Much luck.
