I like everything about the Land Cruiser more except that powertrain. They need to bring the 6 cylinder turbo to the LC.

I have been comparing these two vehicles for a while, going back and forth on which to purchase, and ultimately choosing the 1958 LC with a few more accessories. The extras on the Lexus are awesome but it really all comes down to what you're going to be using the vehicle for and personal preference (s).

For the price I’m getting the Land Cruiser with premium package has the lockers and most of the other options heads up, real Leather, better mpg, better articulation, 2400 watt power, and I like the look better, I def like the higher towing capacity with the Lexus though. Camping and offroad prob the Land Cruiser, town probably Lexus.

@@rickper Ya the LC Premium is the best overall. I prefer the hybrid. Turbo 6 is a guzzler. 6000 lbs towing is good enough.

If you did your research the hybrid doesn’t get anywhere near the advertised mpg. It’s close to the Lexus mpg actually

No they are both built on a 4Runner chassis. Just get a 4Runner.

Wrong, all 3 have the same wheelbase= 112.2” Actually all 3 fail because of small engines.
