I was beating the drum for Miller for Dobson straight up back when Miller was on the hot seat a couple years ago. My heart skipped a beat that draft when it was leaked that Van and NYI had a deal set up. I don't want to move Petey, but this is the kind of centerpiece you need coming back, and there aren't many other candidates. Dobson is exactly what this team needs.

One proposed trade out there that you mentioned was Dobson, Cisikas, Engvall, and a 1st would make it happen. The Canucks would have to eat Engvall's contract to make this deal happen for both teams to be happy. Engvall could work on a new team.
