Besides the massive operational inefficiency this machine appears and sounds like it has lacked an appropriate amount of care and maintenance. Return on investment is also linked to the longevity of the machines generating profit-based production. It can dramatically affect the bottom line. However, perhaps those kind of costs are of no concern in this particular operation.

The automatic greasers are a convenience.. But wow..! What a mess. ! They need to adjust the timer a bit I think.

Paul Peters I operate a Cat 6030. Doesn’t matter what type or weight grease. It dreals out everywhere.
