HUGE Controversy in FIA Gran Turismo Championship Thriller in New York

This one had people talking about THAT incident for weeks!
The FIA Gran Turismo Championship 2019 World Tour In New York was a straight shootout between reigning Nations Cup World Champion Igor Fraga and his main rival Mikail Hizal at the iconic Spa circuit.
The race at Spa was one of the most talked about of the 2019 season after a huge moment of controversy saw Fraga seem to lift after going through Eau Rouge and over the top of Radillion, forcing a raging Hizal to back off.
Jimmy Broadbent was quick to pick up on the incident in commentary and was as stunned as the rest of the crowd at what he had seen.

This is breathtaking, and not just in a sportsmanship/racing thrill way. Visually stunning and extremely lifelike, super close to a real live feed, however, imagine this with upgraded shadow resolution and no shadow cascades shimmer (say, on a powerful PC) - now that would be 1000% immersive. 'Cause personally the low res shadows & shadow shimmering were two weakest points in an otherwise brilliant presentation.

Everybody talks about the incident between Fraga and Hizal in this race, but nobody talks about the moment at 29:18 (replay at 31:10). That was the dirtiest racing move in the history of this competition, and maybe in the history of racing eSports. If that sort of move would had happened in real world racing, the driver that did that block would be parked/excluded, and possibly suspended. That was a stupid move by Latkovski that cost Miyazono a podium, if not a win, and a 10 second penalty wasn't close enough to being a sufficient punishment for that maneuver. They should had booted him from the racing chair and excluded him. Or, at least that's what I would had done if I was the stewards.

yeah, the first move (backing off to get the slipstream) was both brilliant and legal (as they said he moved off of the racing line entirely), but the second move (assuming he truly did lift/brake, as it's not 100% clear) was questionable at best, but likely just dirty

Yeah real talk, a 2 year old video? If that happened too me in a world final, I would of ripped of the steering wheel and smacked it over Fraga's head. But I do think Hizal gave up towards the end, but I don't blame him, in an online race I would of quit the game. And this is whats wrong with Gran Turismo, a failed penalty system which they can't get right. I would like to see a iRacing style penalty system. No other game has a penalty system like this and what does that say about the game?

Here is a Question: WHY does Gran Turismo IGNORE historic F1 cars / Race cars from the 50s and 60s? No one says anything about it either. That's crap. there should be cars like: 1966: Brabham BT19, Maserati 250F, 1952: Ferrari 500, 1950: Alfa Romeo 158, 1955: Mercedes-Benz W196 , 1961: Ferrari 156, 1962: BRM P57, 1963: Lotus 25 , 1964: Ferrari 158 , 1965: Lotus 33. 1967: Brabham BT24, 1968: Lotus 49B. Polyphany should stop wasting time with the Vision GT crap and spend that time including these historic cars that mean something. I know it takes a lot longer to create a fake car from scratch than it does to create a actual real life car. Are modern Formula 1 cars cool? Well, they might be cool in terms of their cutting-edge technology and exotic materials, but how many people look at a current F1 car and dream about it? Not many in my experiences. I think most people (regardless of age) will agree the Formula 1 cars of the ’60s, ’70s and ’80s had a personality that today’s machines just don’t have.
