Firstly, nobody knows what Dorgu is worth. For that matter, any player. It’s only after a purchase and subsequent performances can we determine whether a deal is actually good or bad. Secondly, Mark often talks about the detriment of this club being run as a business and not a football club. If the (potential) attributes of a player are deemed to be required by a club in order to achieve progress, then buying the player at “market value” should be a bonus, not an objective. Only businesses have the main objective to buy at (or below) “market value” in order to achieve profit on their purchase. This is a fundamental contradiction is Mark’s ramblings!

I posted on getting Alvaro back which would be a great buy back option. The only thing I would say is, if we get Dorgu who I think looks a great addition to the first team look at how the balance of the team would look.
