To incorporate real life football, spin a wheel before every game to reveal a challenge which contains an iconic goal or moment from eithers career, so Ronaldo's freekick against Portsmouth or Messi dropping Boateng and chipping Neuer. The amount of attempts you have is based on how many goals the team scores in the game. Successful completions allow you to open any pack you want that's available and keep the contents to do with as you please. Unsuccessful completions result in a discard of the highest pack available. Obviously you will have to use the starter squad which wont always have United PSG etc players but your only upgrades can come from packs or sbcs.

I think you should incorporate it with an icon players as every year and open packs for every win, hat trick etc, but you should sell players if you lose, rage quit or discard packs etc. An example of a player you could do is Cruyff.

Have irl challenges like defending, shooting, pace drills, passing, etc… And have a team captain set for each drill (ex: messi for dribbling, mbappe for pace, van dijk for defending or something. WHICHEVER IRL CHALLENGE YOU DO BEST IS WHAT CAPTAIN YOU WILL RECEIVE. Then every next video will be a new addition to the team with new challenges and options.

2 ideas. 1. Make a team of players u really like and i mean u see them play and everytime say dam ur good. 2. This be harder but make a team full of Bronze players or (add a silver and gold up to u) and everytime u win a game u get to upgrade player of your choice. But this where it gets hard. U have to have your whole team silver before going gold. U can't make 1 player icon and the rest silver. If that makes sense, yout whole team has to be one rarity than after the whole squad is than u can start next one
