As sometime who tried Wii U, 3DS, and Vita homebrew ports of Sonic Mania (and I do own Sonic Mania and its DLC for Switch and PC), the 3D special stages with the UFO have bad frame drops in those homebrew ports especially when too many objects are seen on screen, which can be improved by using a mod that removes cosmetic objects around the 3D special stages.

Saints Row IV source code huh? That'd be interesting. Maybe that'll lead to new mods like maps or missions or something? Mods for that game are pretty minor. Saints Row 2 source would've been nice though. It's considered by many to be the best, and the PC version is hella broken.

I'm surprised you haven't covered Mario in the Multiverse yet. It is an amazing SM64 rom hack. Each world is a different game (i.e Spongebob, Splatoon, Golden Eye, Doom and Pokemon), but made as a super mario 64 rom hack. You can buy various power-ups to beat the levels. It is incredibly fun, creative and well made.

PS4 emulation is being developed faster than we could ever imagine, it's incredible! The fact that games like Elden Ring and Sekiro are already booting while others like RE4 HD and Bloodborne might as well be considered playable could mean that this emulator will have half of the PS4 library at a playable state by the end of 2026.

As a huge fan of Saints Row I can say that seeing the SR4 source code getting leaked is a BIG thing. Even though seeing the SR2 source code getting leaked would have been even better It's still gonna be interesting to see what will happen with SR4 going forward. Back when Stone Ocean's arc released I commented on the anime's opening Bandai put up on YT they should pay *whatever* Arcsys asked to make a Jojo game (yeah, I know Arcsys themselves said a while back they didn't want to make a Jojo, but let's be real, it'd be as much of a goldmine as DBFZ was). I'm VERY glad to see modders doing that themselves. Here's hoping we eventually get more Jojo characters. Thanks for the updates Mr Sujano!

Honestly, hearing the stories that come out of Nicalis, I'm not surprised the Cave Story source code has been made available. I mean, the original free version of the game and some of the tools that were used to make the game have been available for years even after certain events that are alleged to have happened between Nicalis and the creator of the game. So I probably wouldn't give them a single cent at this point and just play the free version again as it was intended. The wedge is a weird flex, literally. That Sega letter sounds hilariously sus. Wow, A Jojo Character in DBFZ? The only other place it'd be more fitting to see Dio would be Guilty Gear which Especially since both are Arc System games. I can't imagine who the Legion Go S with Steam OS services. While I love the Legion Go expanding as I love this device and I'd like to see the line continue it seems that announcing 3 new devices this soon after the original is quite premature. There's a reason ROG Ally got just a pro model and why Steam Deck 2 will take awhile. As for the Go Steam edition, you're offering a lower spec, lower flexible model. Largely targeting Steam only fanboys who ... probably already only want Steam Decks due to the branding. It's a nice way to keep costs down but similarly all it says is "don't buy a Steam Deck, buy me" to a group not really interested in PC gaming but Valve gaming. I can't really sort out who needs this. You would have to actively not want a Steam Deck, but want.. SteamOS? That seems like a niche inside of a niche. It is Zen 3 architecture rather than Steam Deck's Zen 2. So it's like a Steam Deck Pro, I guess? Being a generation behind the Legion Go 1 seems like a confusing proposition. Is this just for people hungry for a Steam Deck Pro with (hopefully) hall effect sticks again?

I have always hold the Saint's row series near and dear to my heart, especially sr1,2 and 4. The rest of the games are pretty wack comepared to the fun and magic between characters and gameplay. As a true fan we dont talk about 5. All in all, its good to know the SC is leaked, cant wait to see what people do, now lets get the full sr2 source and bring back sr2 multiplayer 😁
