I have been told the pointy end is not supposed to go below the surface of the water. I was glad to see pfds on some youngsters, but not all. Too bad. And, yes, there is a maximum number of passengers. The "captain" is responsible.

The first boat, the 10m+ RIB, is safe, and it has a sealed self-draining deck, But the reason why so much water is coming over the bow, Is because the out-Leg/Jet-drive needs trimming up, which will then lift the bow out the water. Nice RIB, But the skipper is doing a poor job!
