Good game. At 17:23 I think scaling the cleave would have helped you against all the scams. Of course it is easy to say what you should have done after the game is over.

Why every time a broken build appears it has to be etc hero?

There are plenty of broken builds separate from ETC. ETC is one of those hero's: like Denathrius and Tickatus, that have access to resources that other hero's simply do not have. They do not win every game because often you miss and go bottom 4. But when they highroll, it's a higher roll than other hero's can reasonably achieve.

I had a game like this and for the last fight I rolled last second and it hit the 8 gold. Triple my 2 biggest minions and pulled them off the board. That was sad
