These days I try not to shop too much from these sites, but back in the day I did buy a Snape wand. It's very very intricate, and definitely one of the ones they make very accurately since they've been producing it for years as he's one of the main/ popular characters. So if you're unable to afford the licensed wand it's a good alternative.

Temu has only recently launched here in South Africa. It comes with the perception of being similar to Wish and not being trustworthy. How was your experience with the received merch vs advertised? Also, any issues on delays of delivery time vs advertised? These are common pitfalls I have discussed with friends. Cool review.

I don't think they can, Temu, Shein, and the like are simply the middlemen for the Chinese factories. It'd be difficult to catch all of the little guys. And pretty difficult to stop them from gaining access to the products too, all it takes is one person from the factory to buy the licensed product and bring it back, and they'll be able to replicate it. Unfortunately sometimes they don't even need the physical object; I've heard of a lot of Kickstarter projects being replicated and sold just through the campaign photos before the original creator even launches their product.

There are no copy right laws in China and since most companies get their products made in china it is a risk they are willing to take to get stuff for cheaper so they can have a 200-300%mark up on their products. I laugh when people say about the unfair labour practices, all the legitimate stuff is made there in the same factories by the same people you are just paying more for the same stuff

I enjoy your channel but please don't endorse this company. Temu has 3 class action lawsuits pending. Mostly due to data breaches but they buy directly from low end Chinese companies that ship direct and have enfringement issues and issues with lead in some of the jewlery.. The only thing I have from Temu is a knock off hermione granger wand and that was a Christmas gift somebody gave me. I have another Hermione wand that I had bought from b&n and you can tell the difference between material. I mean the temu wand ain’t bad, but I prefer the more priced wand cause the tip of the wand isn’t flatten and the color and details are more intricate. The more expensive wand is more meant for display and the temu one is more for cosplay or a Halloween costume or if you have kids, they can play with it without breaking it.

I've gotten some good quality items , some licensed too, harry potter related and not thru temu. A lot isn't labeled harry potter, but is. You are allowed to return one item for free off of every time you purchase if you need it. I feel that I get great service from them and so all of you naysayers, need to remember that not all of us can afford to buy the most expensive thing out there. I bought that sorting hat for last years Halloween (it's sitting out of my house, so no need for an expensive one) and I used dark brown fabric painters and painted the eyes and the mouth - so it looks a bit more real. I also love to use some of the small keychains and rings/necklaces/pins as gifts for Halloween (I pack small gift bags and the ids get a pack each and can choose a candy from the trolley - or a school item, like hand made wand pencils/brooms/ small notebooks and such) for Halloween I really like it, usually not a big fan of them.
