I make Mexican flavor chicken breast in the slow cooker - chicken breast, jar of salsa, chicken broth as needed and taco seasoning. Large amount of meat for multiple meals with minimal effort. Freezes well if I get tired of it after a couple days. Your chicken broth made me think of this

I may have asked before but have you tried Walmart's Great Value seasoned black beans? I puree them and use them on wraps, nachos, burgers and more. So flavorful! So good! Please note: SEASONED - not just plain

Did you see Like Air has pumpkin spice flavor? I didn't buy it because I'm not the biggest fan of pumpkin and 3 days ago i bought the white cheddar and the pancake again... My faves😂 but I'm sure it's delicious because all their flavors have been bomb!!! Thanks for another amazing video 💚💚

I usually buy the large La Banderita tortillas & I believe they were 2sps. I bought some last weekend and scanned them…it came up 4sps 😢. Have you noticed this?

I'm new to Weight Watchers and have what may be a stupid question - how do you know how many points each food is?

Every two years, they change up the plan. In the past, they went by color. Depending on the foods that you chose to be your 0 point foods, you would go with the green, purple, or blue plan. Nikki was on Blue's plan, and that was how I found her channel. Since I wasn't going anywhere weight-wise, I stopped, so I don't know how the new iteration decides how many points things are. In the old days, you had a slider for calories and fat grams and you could determine points by fat, fiber, and calories. But in the new plans, they want you to use the app so that how they determine these points is a mystery. You simply scan a barcode on your app, and it tells you. In other words, you can no longer do it on your own as you did in the days when you had the cardboard slider (which I still have😅). That's what keeps you buying into the program. Most fruits and veggies that are not starchy are free

@@LilCraftyNook but it's not added sugar, it's natural. That's your choice but if you want it to be free, eat as much as you like. Some people will argue that the fiber in a whole fruit is better for you than a donut
