As always your grocery hauls are so helpful because you clearly explain how you'll use it - and so many things you use the groceries for. It's great 👍

Yaay for the meat and potato options that are zero points! I made a pot roast, and it was soooo good and satisfying.

Do you have an e-cookbook? Or a blog? I am in love with your videos .... So simple and REALISTIC. Thank you so much for the inspiration and motivation. I have 35lbs to lose! Here's to trying! I did WW back in 2009 lol😂 it was when they had paper point sliders. It worked then though! I can't wait to binge watch more of your videos for guidance. You are making a difference for others! Feel proud of that. ❤❤❤❤

Random note - in Canada we don't have the lean percentages. It just says, medium, lean or extra lean on our beef. All other meat doesn't have "lean levels". Ground turkey is just ground turkey.
@emilyrose7566Ай бұрын
I'm in Canada too and I hate that our packages don't say the %. I've always calculated it based on the Fat grams, but I'm not even sure if thats the right way. I'm glad that more % are now 0 points so I don't have to worry.

I always love seeing what y’all are buying and getting ideas for meals and snacks! Just curious, when you batch the bacon for the week, how do you like to reheat it (if at all) and does the texture hold up? Thank you!
@NikkiGetsFitАй бұрын
Thank you! Sometimes I don’t reheat it if I’m putting it on a sandwich, burger, or adding to a bowl! When I’m making eggs I’ll just break up the bacon and add it to the pan with the eggs while they’re cooking. I make sure to bake it until it’s crispy and then it stays that way 😊

Have you ever tried Walmart Great Value brand SEASONED black beans? I puree them and use them in wraps and nachos and other things and find they add delicious flavor - filling, tasty and 0 points

I use Kroger brand vanilla flavor carbmaster milk when making ice cream in my Creami. Along with collagen or protein powder..Just as good as Fairlife imo:))

So really, I see a problem with all are zero points 😮 I will watch my scale go up. When it's too good to be true, it's not true. I see WW changing their program again next year.
@carolgonzalez3081Ай бұрын
On the WW PROGRAM these foods were zero points a while back. No one in my meetings gained from the change. Including me. You can still measure and weigh but f it doesn’t work for you, then count them as points. WW is quite flexible.
@Andrea-qn1zvАй бұрын
They change/update the program every november/December. Also, these items were offered as zero point foods a few years ago when they had blue, green and purple program. That was successful for a lot of people. Zero point doesn't mean free. Still have to watch your portion sizes. I lost 50 pouna in 6 months and have maintained on WW for 6 years. It works if you do it right, be mindful of portions. Good luck

Hey Nikki ... thanks for another informative video. Are the jarred red roasted peppers crunchy at all? Just curious before I decide to add to my Wal Mart order... Thanks so much!

@venuscruz6075Ай бұрын
Do you reheat the bacon before eating or just eat it out of the refrigerator?
@NikkiGetsFitАй бұрын
It just depends what I’m using it for! If I add it to a wrap, sandwich or burger I usually don’t heat it up again but if I toss it on a rice bowl or breakfast bowl, I heat it up while the other ingredients are cooking!
@karenfrankland7763Ай бұрын
Read the labels on the foods you are buying. Stay away from the seed oils, natural and artificial flavoring, dyes, high fructose corn syrup, and artificial sweeteners.

I notice a lot of dairy in your grocery haul. As someone who is just one month into WW and who is allergic to all animal dairy (protein not lactose allergy) do you have any dairy free tips?
@annmich4593Ай бұрын
I have a child allergic to dairy. I have found soy products taste the most like real dairy.
@piney_river_farmhouse9893Ай бұрын
My husband has alpha gal syndrome and is dairy reactive. I dump a can of beans with their liquid in the food processor and use it in place of milk or sour cream when baking. I use cannellini when I need the most neutral flavor. Black beans in anything chocolate. I use bush brand chili beans in anything with a Mexican flavor like southwest cornbread. The bean purée is also great to extend meat giving it a creamy texture.
