I've been doing the winter woodland forest type of theme in my living room for the past few years. I wanted to use green instead of red, but I don't have a flocked tree and after working all day today decorating my tree with green, it just isn't working, so I'm starting over tomorrow with red and white. If you are looking for some deer for your forest that are smaller than your houses, Amazon has a bunch or different sets of miniature deer. They are pretty reasonably priced and look realistic. All the ones that I found at the stores like Hobby Lobby are for mantels and even though they are gorgeous, I don't want the deer in my forest village to be taller than the trees and houses lol.

Loved your haul! I am also going to decorate my bedroom similar to what you are doing. I have never been a green person but it seems like this year I am seeing so much decor in the sage and dark green so I am going to give it a try. Love love the owls and deer. Sarah I’m decorating my main tree woodsy as well . 3 months ago I was able to grab the velvet Christmas balls . No other Hobby Lobby in the state of Florida them anymore. I was able to pick up a lot of your same ornaments . My tree is up and looks great! I know your room is going to look amazing !

Do you sell your old decor or just give it to friends? That’s what I do bc my style has changed so much and I try not to “over” decorate !
