Excellent collection! The MJ Statue is incredible! My first Hot Toys were the MJ figures and now I'm 65 figures in myself. I thought about Moducase but I like the way Detolfs separate the displays/scenes... Keep up the great work on the channel.

@@KeCoCollects Yes, for me it really isn't about the cost... It's about keeping the clear-cut separation from movie to movie or piece to piece... A detolf looks clean and definitely allows that separation. Moducases have everything lined up in one set so you need to find creative ways to separate scenes.

I emailed them a few months back and they responded saying due to licensing, they cannot provide an accurate release date yet-or something along those lines. It was originally announced to be a Spring 2022 release. It’s a beautiful statue! I’d provide a link to the pictures but KZbin removes my comment when links are provided.

I love the Venom Statue... that thing is beautiful... for the toys, I am and always will be a Hulk guy so Im kinda sad that gorgeous figure is bottom shelved and cornered... I Love the Gizmo and the Ghostbusters... You have a very nice collection... I really want to get into the Revoltech figures... the Deadpool, Wolverine, Carnage and TMNT (2012 series) are beautiful but out of print(?) so they will be marked up when I can finally track em down...

KeCo, excellent collection. I say keep the detolfs. I am concerned about the proximity of the statues near the window and any damage from the sunlight. Living in Florida I have black out shades or window tint to protect my collection, because if not anything two feet from the window will fade. Did you build the detolfs on the stands or place them there after building on the floor?

The more I think about it , the more the detolf makes more sense to me. Having designated "areas" per square for scenes and moments I think is a big selling point as opposed to just a shelf with everything all at once. And no, I built them on the floor, without the door, then lifted them on to the riser and installed the door. I have a full video about that and the pain it was 😂

What do you use to cover the bar lighting strips? I see black over the front of the light is used to avoid reflection.

It's just the same weather stripping I used on the perimeter cut to size. It's self adhesive and really easy to put on. Not perfect, but it def helps cut the glare and reflection down
