One thing I really liked about his performance was him being so vocal. He was yelling at his teammates to make runs or pass the ball a certain direction. We need leaders like that on the pitch. It’s something we’ve been severely lacking this season

The most valuable 45 minute play from Dele. Cool as a cucumber, oozes class with passing and game reading. This is some glimps of his real quality. I cannot imagine him playing to his full capacity next season.

As a spurs fan, I have watched and waited when Dele Alli got more chances. Not many ppl expects from Dele compare to van de beek (he is also good player) At the leicester city match, I felt something he could play a key role for Everton as long as he has more game time. and at this match, I saw totally different Everton 0-2 (1st half) from 3-0 (2nd half only result) .. I'm so happy for him and his contribution at this important match. I wouldnt say he will continue to be very impressive but at least, lampard could ignite him

Because he was available, was there forward thinking for him to be a next season player. As we were fighting for our lives perhaps he wasn’t seen as a player that could do that. But when he was needed didn’t he show us what we had been missing, if he hadn’t come on we weren’t winning that game.

At his best Dele was playing as a no. 10 or second striker at spurs, ghosting into the box with well timed runs, or even getting beyond the striker. The only way this truly works is in a 4,2,3,1 system, and the great thing is that Lampard was in his prime at Chelsea playing under mourihno in this system. So basically, we have the best coach to get the best out of Dele! In a midfield 3 he'll be nearer our own box alot more, defending, but the lad's a much bigger threat higher up the pitch. He has to continuously show work ethic and desire in training cos Frank won't accept anything less! COYB!! 💙

It was bound to take time for him to settle in. Move away from London, new team, new faces, plus his internal demons/challenges. The lad has had to get over a lot but he paid back some of the faith EFC placed in him in that game. Very cool, confident, encouraging the team. Really happy outcome on the night. Could be a good asset to the team in the future.

Getting gomez off the pitch for ali was the difference between 3-2 and 0-5. And I think Lampard knows it but tried to give him chance after chance. Gomez needs to go. He's holding the attacking players back so much

Gomes is a good player when he has time on the ball but I feel the the premier league is getting quicker every year. He's now at a point where he's constantly getting picked off and the pace of games gets him every time. Definitely offload in the summer unfortunately.

I'm glad he finally got time to sort his mental health out, it impascted his play so much and now we know the truth it all makes sense. This guy was meant to be our bellngham before bellingham, true talent locked up in there, massive potential. It just goes to show how hard mental health can affect all of us, he had a tough run in his life, a real tough run and it made his performance yo-yo. but at the end of the day, no money and no job is worth your health. I really hope spurs and everton sort this out, it is a shame to let talent like that just sit and watch.

He hasn't suited style of play we've had to employ - direct, high energy/workrate, Lampard hasn't been able to rely on him in a relegation battle because there's been question marks about his application. In a more footballing side and after a pre-season I fully expect him to be starting as the replacement for Sigurdsson, who we've missed badly this year in terms of not having a midfielder who can play in between the lines. But he needs to be motivated; there's no doubt whatsoever that he lost his way big time over the last few years.

Van De Beek has been injured mostly, but to be honest he was just too lightweight for the league whenever he played - made no impact. Man Utd fans overrate him. We've had the same player before in Davy Klaassen, so we know the score - he's just not suited to English football.
